A Web Optimizer, we aim to provide the best SEO services to our clients. However, if you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only available for services that have not yet been rendered. Once a service or a part of the service has been delivered (such as an SEO audit report), a refund will not be granted.
You must request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date to be eligible.

Non-Refundable Services

Any services that require upfront research, content creation, or any form of intellectual effort (e.g., SEO strategy, keyword research) are non-refundable.
Customized SEO plans, once commenced, are not eligible for a refund.
